Manjita Pariyar, a Dalit woman from Sindhupalchok, brings a unique perspective to caste struggles, having been born into a Pahadi Dalit community and raised among Terai Dalits in Bara. A Bachelor's graduate in Mass Communication and Political Science from Tribhuvan University, she has published multiple articles that speak to her narratives, struggles, and experiences. Manjita is a dedicated advocate for structural change, committed to ensuring future Dalit generations don't face the discrimination she has witnessed and endured. She sees herself as a strong voice for justice and inclusion, actively building dialogue. Through this fellowship, she primarily seeks to hone her creative writing and storytelling skills, with a keen interest in podcasting.
